GoogleA great team who dealt with an extremely stressed couple with professionalism, patience and understanding. Sam was able to calm the emotions when I was ready to give up completely. G & H (Lymm) were dealing with the house I wanted to buy and they went above and beyond to achieve the result we wanted. I would recommend G&H to anyone who was thinking of putting their house on the market.

GoogleWhat an amazing service we have had. We were buying a house that was for sale via Gascoigne Halman. It was a challenging purchase with alot of obsticals but Steph Abby and Sarah were absolutely amazing throughout. As the purchaser I was a little more involved than I should of been but circumstances dictated this and steph was completely supportive and understanding. I can't recommend this agent enough and will definately return to them in the future.

GoogleSteph and her team from our first meeting showed , knowledge and understanding with a Clent who had not moved house for 49 years . In the run up to our decsion to sell we gained total confidence in the sercvice they would provide . Although our house sale was acomplished in double quick time we feel their knowledge of potential buyers in the market place was the one of the most important factors in the sale , the other of course was our house ! Steph and Abbey dealt with everything so professionally and kept me informed at every stage of the process - they were both brilliant. The whole experience from beginning to the end was handled perfectly. Just to add Steph kept on top of both solicitors and pushed the process along without undue delay. Staying positive and assisting beyond their service, I would thoroughly recommend using this reputable estate agents in Holmes Chapel. My son used them recently as well and was as impressed with them as I was. My daughter is now using them and has sold her home quickly after several problematic previous attempts with other agents. GoogleI can not recommend the Holmes Chapel Branch of Gascoigne Halman highly enough. The team have been friendly, approachable and most importantly proactive in the sale of my Mum’s property. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager Steph, drove the sale forward once an offer had been made keeping everyone informed and solving any issues that arose. An excellent job from the initial valuation right through to completion!

GoogleThe Glossop branch will ignore your communication once they have you sign a tenancy agreement. Make sure when you move in you note every tiny fault because they will do a checkout report with extra faults from the check in report. My bins on moving in were full of metal yet they commented on a piece of small cardboard stuck to the bottom of one. I had no electricity for 4 days moving in. They didn't care. Awful and ignorant.
