GoogleGascoigne Halman Knutsford are bombastic. Have a dismissive attitude. Liars and utmost disrespectful. Poor communication with Solicitors led to a failed sale. Had to change Estate Agents.
We have attempted to discuss matters with you without success, there are always two sides to a story and we feel your comments are both un-fair and incorrect.

GoogleSiobhan at Gascoigne Halman was absolutely exceptional. I have run 3 letting businesses over 25 years and Siobhan has been one of the best I have worked with. Communicating after hours and on days off just to ensure the process went smoothly. I was initially unsure on instructing GH, But she eloquently and efficiently won me round. Siobhan then went on to secure letting viewings quickly and efficiently. She produced a video of her own of my property and swiftly agreed a let. The admin side has progressed equally effificiently. Could not speak highly enough.

GoogleI have used Gascoigne Halman to let my property in Holmes Chapel and they couldn’t have been more helpful for me as a novice landlord. They co-ordinated well with the team in Holmes Chapel who were also really friendly and kept me to up date with interest expressed and viewings booked. GoogleWe just sold our house with Gascoigne Halman’s Knutsford branch, who were great from start to finish. Andrew initially came to value our home, and gave us an insightful overview of the market and the type of buyer we should aim for. We were then placed in the very capable hands of Dev, who guided us through the process and showed great enthusiasm and communication skills. He was excellent in communicating constantly with our solicitors and our buyer’s solicitor to ensure everything went smoothly. We can honestly say that the team made the sale of our home much less stressful than we expected it to be, so a massive thank you to the team for that. We would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleI've sold my property not long ago and Kate and Robert had helped me so much through the process as it was my first time. They kept me informed in every detail and went above and beyond when I emailed asking the most pointless questions 😆 Even after I sold the property, the new owners kindly passed on some letters of mine I hadn't changed details over of yet and Kate kindly forwarded those letters to my new address with no hassle. GoogleGascoignes did sell our house. The process the experience the professionalism, care and concern for my wife and I as your clients was non existant as was any further contact by Nick Longsworth. In brief I outline our experience; - photographs needed re taking - floor plan was wrong with a room missing - a written offer was received by lawyers acting on behalf of our buyer - The sales manager did not read it correctly nor did Nick Longworth it cotained some issues. We had on her verbal communication made an offer for our purchase. - I called Nick this was the only time he felt it appropriate to be involved, the confusion on the offer was cleared up after I firmly insisted that he personally dealt with it. - The sales managers involvement with lawyers was merely to forward on their emails to us which at times was not at all helpful. - we were fully involved and engaged with the estate agents acting for the sellers of the house we were buying an exemplory service from them. - We find out having had no contact from Gascoignes that the previous sales manager has left and the new Sales Manager is appalled at how clients have felt let down. Not to worry she is on the case and will be there for us. - In fact even though she was meant to be finding out about a survey our purchases solicitors had asked for the next we heard was a voice message telling us we had exchanged, we already knew as by now we had given up with Gascoigne and driven the sale ourselves. - The next contact from your new Sales Manager was another voice message congratulating us on our completion. We already knew as again with absolutely no involvement from Gascoigne we had again driven our Sale and Purchase. - The final communication was the bill from Gascoignes for what exactly? a listing on Rightmove and some viewings which generally meant staff who were not briefed on our house let people look round generally unaccompanied. I have forwarded an email to Gascoigne headoffice and absolutely no response which sums up the depth of client care whuch is just about the fee
