We received excellent advice regarding our sale strategy and were supported throughout with a professional and friendly service, with constant feedback to keep us reassured that we were being looked after. GoogleI was very happy with the service I received from the team at Gascoigne Halman in Hale when selling my home recently. Bobby’s guidance regarding the appropriate selling price was clear throughout the process, particularly around the implications for its listing on Rightmove. Viewings were problem-free, feedback from viewers was given to me honestly and the team was always responsive to any questions I had. Vickie was always ‘on it’ and kept me informed of where things were up to in my longish chain. She was pro-active in making sure any holdups in the chain were identified and notified to me. It was difficult letting go of my family home after 40 years but I can honestly say there was no additional stress caused by Gascoigne Halman in Hale. They were professional throughout.

GoogleWe worked with Georgia, who was brilliant. We were moving from Manchester and our completion date was delayed due to our buyer's finance issues. We were received limited updates from the agency looking after our sale, and Georgia was actually the driving force in pushing everything through. It was a stressful time, but I felt reassured by Georgia's professionalism, drive and determination. I don't plan to move again in a hurry, but when I do I'd be happy to work with Georgia and the team.

GoogleHonestly can’t thank the team enough for all their help and support through buying my first house. Especially Georgia Day and Lewis Pope, both so helpful and friendly and always a phone call away if any issues. I dealt with another estate agent in Macclesfield and nearly bought a house through them, but the service I received was dreadful! Couldn’t have had a different experience with Gasgoine, who were so lovely and caring. Thanks so much and would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

She was constantly on top of all the details, kept us regularly up to date with what was going on and looked after the interests of both ourselves and the buyers brilliantly.
