GoogleDan is truly exceptional! He’s reliable, responsive, supportive, and has a great sense of humor, making him an absolute pleasure to work with. He was basically on call 24/7, answering every single question or request I had. Plus, his outstanding negotiation skills (and some smooth mediation magic) landed us an amazing deal. I only wish I had more properties for Dan to sell/purchase! If it were up to me, I’d nominate him as the PM of UK, that’s how impressed I am with his work. ;) I recommend Dan wholeheartedly, without any reservations.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Mobberley - Dev and the team provided an excellent service, keeping us informed throughout the process and chasing up solicitors where required. We had to deal with multiple buyers pulling out and Dev was able to manage the process with care and professionalism. I would certainly choose Gascoigne Halman for any future purchases/sales. GoogleWe chose Gacoigne Halman to sell our house after reading so many positive reviews and we are very glad that we did! From Lewis's initial visit right through the selling process with Julie, they are professional, attentive and reassuring every step of the way. I would say that Julie went above and beyond to keep us informed and always responded quickly to my enquiries. Hopefully we'll never have to sell our lovely new home but, if we did, we would choose GH again in an instant.

GoogleI am so pleased that we asked Gascoigne Halman to sell our house. We were delighted with the way that the negotiating team handled the sale but the real bonus was the way that Julie and Annie held everything together between offer and exchange in what was quite a long chain. We have moved house a few times, although not for some years, but never experienced such a stress free move or felt the need to chase solicitors less because Annie and Julie were doing it all for us. If you want to sell a house in Sale, Gascoignes are the place to go.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. From the outset they seem great, but as soon as the agreement is signed they stop caring about anything except getting the rent in each month. They'll happily let themselves in without speaking to you, they say that they only have to send an email 24hrs in advance. They never return calls. They ignore maintenance requests and then try to say that you damaged things that never worked and were highlighted on the initial move in. As for returning your deposit, I am currently going through a claim against them through the dps as after 4 weeks of vacating at the end of tenancy, they have not done a thing woth regards to authorising the return of deposit. Once you aren't paying them rent anymore, they won't return calls, messages, emails. Go in in person and funnily enough, "oh sorry, they've left for the day and I work in a different dept. I'll leave them a message and get them to call you in the morning" AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GoogleI was very impressed with Gascoigne Halman in Bramhall with the purchase of our new house. Max was fantastic throughout the process! He was efficient, helpful and supportive. He went out of his way to answer all our many questions. He was pleasant and made the stress of buying a house manageable. Dan was also supportive and went beyond the norm to help us. On removal day, when I went to collect the keys, it was a lovely touch to be given a Welcome to your new home card and bottle of wine to celebrate our removal! Very thoughtful!! I recommend them without reservation. It was refreshing to deal with such genuine professionals.

A special thanks to the inimitable and charismatic James Mosedale, the highly competent Tom Slater and most especially; the wonderfully professional Nicky Coppock who has hand held and communicated so well through every step of the sales process and kept me and the rest of the chain informed, even with all its ups and downs along the way. We got there and I’m just delighted - thank you all so much. Thanks to everyone else who’s been involved with the sale, namely Isla, Sue and Jeanette - apologies if I’ve missed anyone off. Thanks again you’ve all been brilliant and you know I’ll be back for the next time I need to sell my house.

GoogleI can't recommend Gascoigne & Halman in Macclesfield enough. To recieve an excellent service these days can be a struggle but in this case they have been tip-top!. Georgia has been a delight to deal with. From the very start of my house buying journey right to completion it's been plain sailing, smooth running and a very pleasant experience. Georgia is a credit to your office and thank you for all your help and support! Also a shout out to Ella who listened to my preferences and found me my property.
