GoogleAbsolutely awful experience so far as a renter! We moved in early October 2025 and still as of March 13th 2026 there's STILL a load of rubbish left behind from a previous tenant/builder around the side and back of our garage. I have rang Gascoigne Halman many times to raise and chase the issue but nothing is being done about it. As renters the house should be ready to move into it shouldn't be on us to arrange and pay for the removal of this rubbish not left by us!

GoogleWe were so impressed with GH when we bought that we used them for our subsequent sale. Nicola was simply outstanding in getting our sale through, managing the first buyer (a so called “investor”, in reality a complete time waster!), and then our subsequent buyer. The sale needed tenacity and constant chasing and Nicola was always there pushing things along, so professional and supportive. Thank you Nicola!!!

GoogleWe moved house in December 2025, selling and buying through Gascoigne Halman, Wilmslow. The team at Gascoigne were always professional, supportive and friendly, from the initial meeting with James, the photographs and listing with Tom's support, through to Isla negotiating the sale for us. Nicola then guided the sale and purchase from agreement to finish. The selling process threw up lots of unexpected obstacles in the chain, and Nicola went above and beyond to make sure that everything moved forward, with open and honest communication. Her persistence helped to ensure that the sale and purchase went through. Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.
