GoogleCharlie and the Hackney Team at Felicity J Lord are the gold standard when it comes to residential property sales. We initially used another local agency who were also handling our purchase. They were a royal let down with both the purchase and the sale. We ultimately switched to FJL and the difference was like night and day. Even the photographs of our property were just better - FJL were the better choice. The sale of our 2-bed flat in Clapton came with several twists and turns due to the Building Safety Act 2022, as well as the age/construction of the high-rise. But the team navigated this with such professionalism and care. Charlie is transparent, friendly, communicates well and is extremely patient. While the wider team - Ahmed, Ridwana, all of them are just a pleasure to deal with. Not sleazy agents at all. Absolutely the best we've dealt with. Thanks so much!

GoogleI recently had a great experience with Felicity J Lord in Islington and couldn’t recommend them more highly. The whole team is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service. A special mention to Lenny, Mustafa, Hazal, and Charlie, they were all fantastic to deal with throughout. Mustafa carried out the valuation of the property and was knowledgeable, honest, and very reassuring. It’s clear this is a well-run team that goes above and beyond for their clients. Easily one of the best estate agents in Islington and the surrounding area!

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. I am currently a tenant with the Islington branch of Felicity J Lord, and my experience has been consistently frustrating. Communication is often slow or unclear, and on multiple occasions we were given information that later turned out to be inaccurate. This lack of clarity has already had financial consequences for us, which have not been meaningfully addressed despite being raised on countless occasions. What’s most disappointing is the overall lack of accountability and basic customer care. As tenants, we have felt more like an inconvenience than people paying for a service. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this agency to proceed with caution and make sure everything is clearly documented in writing before agreeing to anything.

GoogleCharley Griggs provided a realistic valuation for my one bed property, which is always reassuring, but he also showed ambition and outlined the methods to achieve the highest price. He provided a competitive offer for the overall service and fees and was keen to accommodate my needs. He supplied a very comprehensive and detailed picture of the service and how best to market my property, with useful comparisons of local recent sales. He gave a very thorough and impressive picture of the company's approach and resources they use. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable and I feel you would be safe in their hands and assured they would do their best for you.

GoogleI recently viewed a number of properties with Ridwana, ultimately putting an offer on one which I got accepted. Ridwana was very helpful throughout the process, answering my questions and following up where needed. She would also share relevant properties with me making sure I didn’t miss any. When I put my offer in, Ridwana kept me up to date with the process and timings whilst I was waiting to hear back which I really appreciated!
