James was very attentive, understood my requirements, identified a number of suitable properties and was extremely responsive. He arranged viewings at short notice and followed up asking for feedback that he could give to vendor and also shape his future suggestions around my needs. A very good experience.

My friend and I are currently in the process of moving and it has been made so straightforward with the help of our agent Simona. So informative, efficient and communicative. I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Rob at Felicity J Lord so far. He’s been professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout my search, which makes a huge difference when navigating the rental market. Communication has been clear and straightforward, and I really appreciate the time he’s taken to understand what I’m looking for rather than just sending generic listings. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is approachable, honest and proactive. Highly recommend speaking with him if you’re looking for a property, excellent service and a great first impression!

I just wanted to leave a little note to say how grateful I am for the wonderful help I received from Zakaria. As an older lady, it’s not always easy getting around or understanding all the details when looking at a property, but he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He showed me the property so thoroughly and explained everything in such a clear and patient way. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. What truly meant a lot to me was his kindness. My legs aren’t what they used to be, and he very kindly picked me up from the station so I didn’t have to struggle getting there, and even dropped me home afterwards. He also helped me with my shopping bags, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare these days to come across someone so patient, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. A real credit to his profession!

We worked with Zakaria during our property search and we were grateful for the effort he put in to assist us. He showed us a number of properties and displayed clear knowledge of the area and the property market. He was trust worthy and offered us good advice and recommendations, and he met our expectations of what we heard about Felicity J lord’s reputation and professionalism. Would highly recommend both agent and agency.

I had a great experience with Ridwana in viewing a home, on which I then had my offer accepted. Ridwana was easy to communicate with, prompt, highly informative and genuinely supportive.

As Buyers, Ahmed has been excellent so far during out purchase. Even though he is acting for the Seller, he has been fair, pragmatic, and genuinely helpful, working constructively with us to get the deal over the line. We feel he has handled the process with integrity and professionalism, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Everytime you call there line someone answers and then puts you on mute and disconnects the line this has been happening for days, it’s ridiculous & the only time you can get a call back is if your call goes through to the tower bridge office and they then request internally to get someone from the bow office to call you back! Always rings and gets answered and then put on mute or disconnected

Me and my partner visited here yesterday to enquire about a property and to get some advice, we were seen to by Jacob, who was very friendly, professional, and explained things very well. He took our contact details and would let us know if anything meets our preferences. Thanks Jacob for making the start of our journey a pleasant one

Auguste has been great. She found tenants for my flat on the very day it was advertised. Also she was helpful in getting it ready for the new tenants. I was unwell and she salvaged what could have been a very awkward situation by taking deliveries and organizing contractors so the flat was ready for the new occupants. I am extremely grateful to her.

I have been in touch with the Felicity Team, particularly Ridwana, who has been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. She was quick to get the answers I needed, ensured I had all the information regarding the property I viewed, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

We had the pleasure to work with Joseph Ponan when we were looking for a flat to buy in Blackheath. The process wasn’t easy (as we were part of a chain) but he helped us along the way and always made sure we had everything we needed to make it as smooth as painless as possible. Cannot recommend him or the state agency enough.

Very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency during my recent dealings and flat viewing with Simona. Although the moving-in timings ultimately didn’t work out to make a move, I’m encouraged by the service offered by Felicity J. Lord and the continued support to find something more suitable for my timings, thank you!

It's a lovely agency with clear and professional communication, and literally my first rental experience ever. Additionally, I sincerely appreciate Simona's support. She's a fantastic agent and fully engaged on set! She is so friendly and considerate. We viewed the flat, spent nearly the whole hour asking questions and checking the property's condition, and immediately made the offer. She's even eager to communicate with the landlord and follow procedures. Not only did we find our ideal place to move, but with Simona's assistance, everything is also coming together smoothly. It's a really nice and seamless renting experience.

She was so kind and friendly on the viewings and answered every question we had! (which was a lot!) Thanks Simona for all your help!
