GoogleWe had a recent viewing with Precious at Felicity J. Lord. Precious responded quickly to all emails, arrived early to the viewing, was diligent, patient and clear during the viewing and followed up afterwards in a timeframe that was prompt, respectful and without pressure. She has listened closely to what we are looking for in a property and sent relevant suggestions for properties to view, making us feel cared for and that we can rely on the level and accuracy of service. Felicity J Lord has been a positive experience for us so far and have been noticeably strong, thanks to Precious’ professionalism and diligence, as an estate agent in the busy London market. We look forward to continuing to hopefully view and work with them on our search.

Throughout what was an unusually arduous purchase process - through no fault of FJLord - both Yuge & Laarni were super on top of things and always available to pick up the phone and assist on any matter. Previous experiences with estate agencies have not always been great but these guys were definitely a cut above. I'd certainly recommend.
