What makes this even more impressive is that Joe was actually the agent selling the house we bought, not the one selling our flat, so technically, we weren’t even his direct clients. Despite that, it truly felt like we were. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding.
We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Joe and Felicity J. Lord again in the future. He’s an absolute star.
