I just wanted to write and say thank you to Jean Piper for sorting out an issue regarding the rental payment from our tenant. The new law introduced cause an issue with the changeover and jean sorted it really quickly . many thanks

Do not use this agency ! They do not answer any of our emails and we have been going back and forth over the same problems (including some signed in the contract initially) for over 7 months now. Their method is easy: deflect to another person or don't answer an email. They say letting agencies are bad but this is worse than anyone could imagine.
