I didn't think I'd ever be able to recommend an estate agent so highly. I've had dealings with many of the other local agents and they ranged from mediocre to horrible. But Enfields were a breathe of fresh air. I sold and purchased with them on recommendation and it made what was a complicated and drawn out process as easy as it could have been. Kevin and his team were always available, very honest and reliable. I honestly think if I'd used a different estate agent the sale and purchased wouldn't have happened.

Top service from Kevin and team at Bitterne Enfields! My wife and I were new to the house buying process but Enfields guided us through brilliantly. Kevin went over and above in ensuring we were kept fully up to date and keeping the momentum going - liaising with all involved parties even at times when I'm sure were inconvenient for him. I have no idea when the man rests. When Kevin wasn't available, his team were well briefed, helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Bitterne team, we couldn't have asked for a better service and thank you, we're loving our new home in St Denys!

Over the last 6 months I've been supporting my daughter through the purchase of her first flat. What should have been a very simple transaction turned into a bit of a nightmare. The only saving grace being Kevin and the team at Enfields. Kevin in particular has been superb in doing far more than I have ever experienced from an Agent, very prompt in his responses, efficient and hugely supportive. If you're buying or selling, I would highly recommend.

Enfields staff should know that is against UK laws to discriminate people just because they are foreigners. I called two week ago for a property at 324 Desborough Road, Eastleigh, and I was given an appointment, by a lovely lady on the 12th of August at 5 pm, suddenly, the day of the appointment I was called by a man who said that he could not let me see the property any longer due to the fact that the property has been rented on the same day of my appointment. I thought well, what a bad luck. Three days after I received an automatic email with all the properties still in lettings which included the property that I was told was already rented, and I thought, that's weird!!!. Two days ago the price of the same property was reduced on Rightmove, and I thought, it must be a joke!!!!?? Today 21st August I asked a friend of mine who is British to call and ask if that property (324 Desborough Road, Eastleigh) was still available, and he was told that indeed it was, and few hours later as a confirm, during the afternoon I received also the automatic email with all the properties still in let included that one that I was told 10 days before it was already "gone". So I picked up the phone I called the agency and when i asked to see the property, magically I was told again that it was "gone", at that point I said to the lady at the phone, "look, today in the morning someone called on my behalf and we were told that the property was still available, and now as soon as I call you tell me, is gone again", and she answered "well it's gone just right now....?? How convenient it's that!!! ?? apparently they don't like foreigners, in fact I asked twice: "your colleagues don't want to show me the property because I'm a foreigner, right?!", she didn't say a word, because she knew I was right and probably she has to lie for his colleagues. SHAME ON YOU ENFIELDS, SHAME ON YOU......

Rosie who booked in viewings last minute for me was wonderful, really friendly helpful girl with lots of info, and went way above and beyond her role for us & was lovely when my daughter came over sick during viewings. Nice to get a personal touch and not just a business approach, for me this makes a big difference.

I really needed an estate agents that would go that extra mile as selling from a distance - from the valuation visits I got that feeling straight away from Enfields - listed the house very quickly in time for Xmas and an offer made on the property very quickly afterwards. They were very proactive and helpful throughout the whole process - never took their foot off the gas and helped with clearing the property right to the final meter readings! So glad that I went with them - they seemed to care about what they do and the property I was selling more than any of the other agents I saw . Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We cannot thank Kevin and the team at Enfields enough! From start to finish the whole team has been brilliant. When looking at putting our property on the market we had Daryl come round to value our place and he was great from the moment he walked in. This was our first time selling a property so we didn’t know what to expect or even where to start but he answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the whole process. When it came to the viewings Daryl and Rio kept us up to date with any feedback, we were always given plenty of notice before any viewings were booked in and we had 2 offers put in within 2 weeks! When we encountered some complications later on in the process Kevin was fantastic! He must of call me every day for 2 weeks! He kept me as up to date as possible with everything that was going on and I constantly felt reassured. Kevin did everything they could to 1. Keep me sane! And 2. Get the issues sorted as quickly as possible baring in mind the problems we had were created by factors out of his control. I really can’t thank them enough for everything! Moving house is one of the most stressful thing I have ever done but I can’t even imagine where we would be without the team at Enfields Bitterne. So if you are reading this and are unsure of which agent to go with GO WITH ENFIELDS BITTERNE! Honestly, you won’t regret it!

We chose to go with Enfields after listening to other agencies pitch in what they could do for us when we wanted to sell our flat. With the others we listened to, they left a bit of disparaging comments for the other agencies, but Daryl did not do that, he showed professionalism from A - Z. Our property was on the market for a month before we had our very first viewer who actually made an offer on the day. As with every house purchase and sale, there were stressful and frustrating times but none from Enfields. The whole process took us from May - October, but again, that was not anything to do with Enfields. Kevin who saw the whole thing go through was of unspeakable help. He and his team were there every step of the way. Kevin went above and beyond, and always kept us in the loop and we will never forget his work ethics. If you want things taken care of for you in a professional, ethical manner, then we strongly recommend Enfields.
