Couldn't of asked for a better service, Chris was very friendly and informative. The whole process went through so quickly and smoothly, which took a lot of stress off. Would highly recommend and cant thank the Enfield team enough.

GoogleA completely miserable experience from start to end. My flat sold very fast but 2 days into our sale the woman in charge of conveyance walked out of her post, leaving me with a solicitor that they recommended and no one to pass information from buyer lenders or to answer questions etc. To cut a long nightmare short I was selling not in a chain to a 1st time buyer. 6 months of jumping through hoops for the buyers el cheapo cowboy lender, (Platform), the lender agrees to lend, we get to exchange of contracts and the buyers pull out!! With no conveyance in place and a recommend solicitor that does not want to work with Enfield's we are left with nothing and back to square one. This really is below Purple bricks service for a hell of a lot of money, with no conveyance and no care or diplomacy. Arrogant with a complete lack of content, please don't be pulled in by the lies and promises. All I can hope is that if you are reading this please save yourself the risk of selling with this un-professional joke of an agent.

GoogleMy sisters and I recently secured a student property with Enfields. In my three years of looking for students properties with other estate agents, I have never received such a helpful and friendly service, especially from our agent Megan. She was very attentive, understanding about the needs of a student, which is often neglected by other estate agents and willing to help us secure the right property in such short notice. We were pleased with the outcome and will recommend Enfields to other students!

Googleif you are a foreigner don't waste your time calling them, they won't rent you a thing, because they don't like foreigners. they will lie to you saying that is "gone" but you will see the property still online for weeks because they don't rent to foreigners, just to Brits......
We are really sorry you feel that way and that is of course, completely untrue. We have many nationalities that we deal with both on rentals and sales and have never had any issues in the past. When a property has a holding fee taken, it is not always that the property is removed from the market. If the landlord requests that the property remains on the market until such time as the references have passed, then that is what happens. So, you may have felt that you lost out on a property due to discrimination as that is what you have implied, however, it was more likely that the property was already let as we do not discriminate.

GoogleEnfields have been fantastic. My house sold in 2 days . The staff are all lovely and answer any queries asap. They all work together professionally and get the job done , taking the stress out of the huge job of moving home . I would recommend them without hesitation to anybody . My sale is in process and I want to say thanks to you all at Enfields.

GoogleFantastic service from Nikki and the team at Enfields, I dealt with Nikki when we bought our house in 2014 and had no doubt I would use them for the sale 4 years later. Always available to deal with queries and quick to resolve any issues. Their communication as a seller was great and I was always updated quickly with feedback. They even had viewings lined up before we had gone on the market. Once we were Sold STC, All the team were great in pushing the chain along and chasing solicitors involved. Best Estate Agents in Eastleigh by a mile!

GoogleWe decided to use Enfields to sell our house as they had good reviews. We requested a valuation through their website one Sunday evening and were seen the very next day. The house was online by Wednesday and we accepted an offer by Saturday! We have dealt with Oliver (mostly) who has been extremely efficient and quick to respond with any queries. Couldn't do enough to help us. Friendly team and excellent service all round. Recommended!

GoogleRented off them for 2 yrs perfect service louise mainly went above and beyond to help with any issues to the point spent her whole weekend dealing with a water leak that she managed to get fix and resolved knowing i had children. Moved out of a property and again she made the process stress free and gave great advice same as Morgan.

GoogleA big thank you to Enfields who successfully sold our flat. We were extremely pleased with them throughout the whole process and can't thank them enough for all their help and support. We dealt primarily with Jonathon, Charlotte and Freya, who were all fantastic. At our initial meeting, Jonathon really took the time to explain how Enfields would go about marketing the property and remained on-hand throughout the whole process. Charlotte then quickly found us a reliable buyer for the property - we loved both her enthusiasm and how positive she was. Freya was our sales Progressor and was absolutely fantastic. She was always so friendly and called with regular updates to let us know how things were moving along. She was always contactable if we needed any advice or had any questions. Having previously had an awful experience with a large corporate Estate Agency, Enfields really turned things around for us and we will definitely be using them again if we decide to move in the future. Although we dealt primarily with Jonathon, Charlotte and Freya, we found the whole team to be extremely enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you again to Enfields for everything you have done for us!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU'RE A STUDENT They carry out shady practices and scam students. Power tools were left out on the kitchen side, the house was left in a horrible state. Broken glass in the garden. Took them months to replace my bed as the bars underneath were broken.
