Googleif you are a foreigner don't waste your time calling them, they won't rent you a thing, because they don't like foreigners. they will lie to you saying that is "gone" but you will see the property still online for weeks because they don't rent to foreigners, just to Brits......

GoogleI couldn’t recommend the Enfields team more. They helped me with the sale of my property which was super speedy! Unfortunately the solicitors I chose were very disappointing and created lots of delays however Enfields were so helpful in getting updates for me, and doing whatever they could to get progress on the sale. Most of all though they kept me feeling calm at very stressful time! Overall excellent customer service and excellent value for money! Special thanks to Luan and Olly

GoogleWe arrived at Enfields desperate to find a rental property at short notice. Enfields were fantastic from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us to find and move into a property within a week due to the difficult circumstances. Every member of the team we dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly (but particularly Luanne for her efficiency and patience). Other people we know have had really positive experiences with Enfields too and so we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe decided to use Enfields to sell our house as they had good reviews. We requested a valuation through their website one Sunday evening and were seen the very next day. The house was online by Wednesday and we accepted an offer by Saturday! We have dealt with Oliver (mostly) who has been extremely efficient and quick to respond with any queries. Couldn't do enough to help us. Friendly team and excellent service all round. Recommended!

GoogleTerrible experience and abused by estate agent employee , so upsetting . Kept waiting for over 30 mins with no contact, having travelled for 5 hrs from Cornwall. When we said it was not acceptable he responded with you are entitled.

The Enfields offices are independently owned and managed businesses, and this is the case with the Bitterne office, it is owned by myself (Kevin Ashley) and I do not own or manage the Shirley office, though we do share the same brand. Understandably you would not be expected to know this but if you could kindly remove your review from my office and post it against the appropriate office, in this case that is Enfields in Shirley this would be very much appreciated. Whilst writing I would again like to apologise for the experience you have received from the Enfields office in Shirley, I am disappointed you have been treated this way and understand your grievance. GoogleHi whent to view a propoerty with my husband agreed an offer on the driveway of the propperty and myself my husband and the agent hand shook on the offer i was called two days later and told our offer had been exsepted we were delighted then i rang a week later to arrange anouther viewing only to be told that the people who viewd the house after us was in a better postion that us as we had valuations done on our propperty but had not put it on the market untill we had found somwere first we are cash buyers from the sale of our house..i had no phone call to tell me that this had happend i feel let down i did not relise that if an offer has been setteld that it could be crushed by a higher offer..im angry to think that once an offer has been agreed that it can be ignord pluse i was told the house was mine and it was taken off the market a curtasy call would of been nice to let us know..and i dont like false hopes that was given from the agent who met us at the propperty
Dear Sharon, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry you feel disappointed in our service and communication. You are quite correct to say that your offer was agreed, but this was subject to you selling your own property and the property you had offered on was to remain on the market until you had found a suitable buyer for you own home, this was confirmed to you in writing on 17th September. You disclosed that you were going away on Holiday and could not put your property on the market until you returned. Unfortunately, whilst you were away we received another offer on the property from a purchaser who was in a position to proceed, the sellers understandably wanted to accept this offer. We attempted to call you on several occasions to inform you of this but could not make contact (we presume because you were away) you then called us upon your return, at this point we broke the news to you. Sadly if you offer on a property without having your own property on the market you put yourself in a position where you may lose the property if a better positioned buyer comes along.
