Enfields have been absolutely amazing. Theyre so helpful and friendly and its always a pleasure speaking with them. Sophie was so helpful, keeping us updated with new properties to view until she managed to find us our home. The sale was then passed to Joanne who has been so helpful also. We hit a few bumps in the road and any problems we have had, Enfields have helped us. We're looking forward to our new home. Thank you to you all x

I've being meaning to leave a review for Enfields as all the estate agents we've dealt with recently for buying & Selling, these have been the best by a mile. Friendly, helpful, informative, and best of all no pressure selling. It's been a pleasure to deal with them (unlike many of the other estate agents we've recently dealt with). Recommended.

I really needed an estate agents that would go that extra mile as selling from a distance - from the valuation visits I got that feeling straight away from Enfields - listed the house very quickly in time for Xmas and an offer made on the property very quickly afterwards. They were very proactive and helpful throughout the whole process - never took their foot off the gas and helped with clearing the property right to the final meter readings! So glad that I went with them - they seemed to care about what they do and the property I was selling more than any of the other agents I saw . Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We cannot thank Kevin and the team at Enfields enough! From start to finish the whole team has been brilliant. When looking at putting our property on the market we had Daryl come round to value our place and he was great from the moment he walked in. This was our first time selling a property so we didn’t know what to expect or even where to start but he answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the whole process. When it came to the viewings Daryl and Rio kept us up to date with any feedback, we were always given plenty of notice before any viewings were booked in and we had 2 offers put in within 2 weeks! When we encountered some complications later on in the process Kevin was fantastic! He must of call me every day for 2 weeks! He kept me as up to date as possible with everything that was going on and I constantly felt reassured. Kevin did everything they could to 1. Keep me sane! And 2. Get the issues sorted as quickly as possible baring in mind the problems we had were created by factors out of his control. I really can’t thank them enough for everything! Moving house is one of the most stressful thing I have ever done but I can’t even imagine where we would be without the team at Enfields Bitterne. So if you are reading this and are unsure of which agent to go with GO WITH ENFIELDS BITTERNE! Honestly, you won’t regret it!

We chose to go with Enfields after listening to other agencies pitch in what they could do for us when we wanted to sell our flat. With the others we listened to, they left a bit of disparaging comments for the other agencies, but Daryl did not do that, he showed professionalism from A - Z. Our property was on the market for a month before we had our very first viewer who actually made an offer on the day. As with every house purchase and sale, there were stressful and frustrating times but none from Enfields. The whole process took us from May - October, but again, that was not anything to do with Enfields. Kevin who saw the whole thing go through was of unspeakable help. He and his team were there every step of the way. Kevin went above and beyond, and always kept us in the loop and we will never forget his work ethics. If you want things taken care of for you in a professional, ethical manner, then we strongly recommend Enfields.

Enfields recently helped us sell our house in Bitterne Park. The team were very proactive in marketing the property and getting viewings scheduled. After we had secured a buyer they were very good at keeping us informed of progress in our chain and in providing guidance to us throughout the process. Estate agents in general have a pretty poor reputation, but I found Enfields to be helpful, communicative, and professional throughout. I would certainly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with the service from Enfields Hythe. My property was listed for sale and then sold within the first 2 weeks of it being available. The branch manager (Jamie Lines) came and valued my property and was very professional with his approach. Chris Kerr kept me informed on the progress from start to finish and dealt with any matters that came up with a matter of urgency. I would recommend Enfields Hythe to anybody looking to sell their property as their communication throughout was brilliant.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to rate us on Google. It seems that on this occasion you were dissatisfied with the service which naturally we are very disappointed to hear. All feedback is very important to help improve the overall experience that we offer. We have now had an opportunity to look into this matter and understand that your landlord used Enfields to complete the initial paperwork for his rental property prior to you moving in last year. Since then he has managed the property himself throughout your tenancy. We understand that your tenancy ended on the 12th August and you contacted our office last week to complain that your deposit had not been returned. We wanted to make you aware that we have passed your concerns over to your landlord and re-iterate that we do not manage this particular property and we have no involvement with your deposit deductions. Your landlord has confirmed that he will contact you directly himself but has explained to us that he is still outstanding sets of keys to be returned from other tenants on your joint tenancy agreement. He advises once he has all keys he will notify the deposit scheme to return your deposit otherwise he will have to make allowances for the cost of changing the locks for security for any new tenants moving in. We hope this has helped resolve this pending issue between you and your landlord. If there is anything at all that we can do to help further please do not hesitate to contact our office.
