Googlemy wife and i found a property to let with these estate agents and found all the members of staff very pleasant and helpful in every aspect .considering we signed up with at least ten other local agents and at least eight didn't get back to us. we saw two properties in the area and on both occasions both members of staff were on time and very helpful .the aftercare from the office staff was first-class and the letting fees were a lot cheaper then other agents in the area we highly recommend this agency

GoogleEnfields have let 5 of my properties for approx 5/6 years and always been extremely helpful and courteous, whenever an issue has arisen with tenants its been dealt with in a speedy and courteous manner. ive also sold 3 of my rentals and been very happy with the service for both sales and lettings. I will continue to use Enfields services for years to come

GoogleMichael has been prompt in replying to my emails and sending contractors when needed - he is always polite and willing to help. In the first few weeks of the tenancy it was more difficult to have issues resolved however this is likely due to high demand at the beginning of the academic year with all students moving in however recently any issues have been solved within a few days and we are happy with the service.

GoogleSouth Coast Boiler Services LTD carry out plumbing and heating work for Enfields. We have worked for various letting agents in the past and have found lots of them leave tenants for long periods of time without things like heating and hot water. I have found Enfields to be very proactive in their approach. Micheal always calls us the same day to get an update as to what is happening with a particular job to ensure tenants are getting a great service as well as landlords. I feel that some agencies only worry about keeping the landlords happy which is a shame. Overall I would recommend Enfields as I feel they offer a good service to landlords as well as tenants. Everyone on thier team is always friendly and helpful and they are a pleasure to do business with.

GoogleHaving worked now on Enfields maintenance issues for the last 3 years or more, i found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. i find eppecially Michael, Lisa and Hannah to be very helpful in all matters. I have and still carry out maintenance for a number of other estate agents and i find that Enfields are on the whole more caring towards the tenants to insure that there problems are dealt with in a timely manner. GoogleRhys contacted me because my flat was on the market to rent with another agency and had been for some time. The other company failed to get a tenant for about 6 months, Enfields found me a tenant in 2 days. Wish I had used them from the start! I don't know why there are negative reviews about the staff, I think they are way more friendly than their competitors and I always enjoy chatting to them, I've also found them to be super efficient and LOVE that they use a system so I can sign paperwork online rather than posting it.
