GoogleIf being treated badly is what you’re after, then Enfields are the company for you.. Edit. In addition to this, the independent deposit adjudicator has confirmed that Enfields have been trying to rip us off. Including suggesting we owed nearly £200 in rent, attempting to charge us £60 for a battery and the list goes on and on. Enfields were unable to provide any evidence of outstanding rent and the regulatory body agreed that ALL of their costs implemented were unfair and baseless. The worst company I have ever dealt with

GoogleWe have just recently sold our property with Enfields Eastleigh. They were great throughout, particularly Sophie. They gave us a point of contact for a solicitor and mortgage advisor - both which are also extremely helpful. Sophie made the process for us stress free and easy. The communication and support from start to finish was amazing and I would recommend to anyone else wanting to sell their property in the area!

It was such a quick easy process for my partner and I, as first time buyers we were expecting it to be longer than a month and 3 weeks from start to finish! We viewed our house one evening, put the offer on it the next morning, and then had it accepted that evening. They answered all the questions we had, and I'm so thankful. 100% recommend to anyone.

GoogleJack is the best estate agent. We needed to sell and over a year we tried online agency. Plus 4 other local agents - each one on 4weeks with them setting price for quick sale. None of these were able to get a sale over the line. Jack is the only reason this sale was achieved. He found a buyer and kept in regular contact with all parties. There was no pressure to do anything. I wanted to sell, buyer wanted to buy; Jack is just an excellant facilitator.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Enfield Estate Agents for the last 10 years. Most recently selling my flat in January this year. The process took longer than planned due to some issues with the lease and freehold. Throughout this period Rachel Clark was a star keeping myself and my buyer up to date with all developments. She really did go out of her way to keep everyone happy and informed. Throughout she offered good advice and support. I highly recommend them.

GoogleIf it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I have had countless issues with them- they blame issues on you, approve houses that should not be lived in, make you feel bad if a landlord has to pay for things even if a place is legally uninhabitable, they do as little as they can get away with and make you look as if you’re in the wrong. They have no sympathy and benefit off of students who know no better and expect you to live with mould and damp even if you have asthma and have told them you can’t breathe in the house. Absolutely horrible company. You’d be making the worst mistake going with them.
