I had the pleasure of dealing with Kieran initially when viewing the property. He was really lovely and answered all our questions about the property, giving us both time to walk round separately. He also made the application process very easy and we heard back the next morning. Hanna was also lovely! She helped us through the referencing checks, which were completed in under 3 days which meant we weren't left waiting. We also requested an earlier move in date which she was very accommodating with and made sure we were happy with everything. I couldn't recommend them both enough!

Having purchased my first rental property through Enfields around 10 years ago it appeared appropriate that I use their letting service. Since then I have added other properties to my portfolio including two new ones this summer, and have always called upon Jonathon, Lisa & the team. Jonathon has an enthusiasm and a passion for what he does that is second to none, and is always on the end of the phone to give advice should it be needed. I recently sent a text late one evening asking for a call back the next day, but Jonathon was on it within minutes!!

If you are a student, I do not recommend renting through this company!!!! I spent my final year at university living with a rat infestation and sleeping under black mould. Upon moving in, our thermostat was broken which meant that we spent many mornings waking up to ice on the windowsill and damp beds. Everything was going mouldy. When I first reported the mould, I was told that the whole ceiling would be replaced, I was then later told that it wasn’t mould ( even though the man they sent out to check, told me it was mould). Above the polystyrene tiles in our bedrooms, was a ceiling covered in black mould, it was cold and wet too touch and there was minimal insulation. I developed a cough during my time living here which quickly improved when I moved back to my parents house. We had pest control visit numerous times for the rats, they told us that there was holes on the outside of the property allowing access for rodents. Nobody repaired these, even though we were told that they had, we continuously got the blame for everything. There was serious fire safety Issues throughout the building too which the council had to intervene with to get complete. Quite frankly, the last year was the worst and I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to live in these circumstances. This company makes excuse after excuse and does not care about the conditions their tenants are living in.

I had a great experience working with Jack Fletcher from Enfield's estate agents. We put our property up for sale in the May, and found a buyer in June and the house was sold by September! Jack set up a WhatsApp group chat which was a very efficient way of keeping us updated on the sale, could not recommend enough.
