GoogleTrying to get a viewing for a flat but all the agents say is somone will call and make a viewing arrangement. Nobody calls. Looks like all agents are available only in offices taking calls but at the ground there is nobody to show the property. They shouldn't take responsibility of something which they cannot fulfill.

GoogleI opted Ellis & Co's lettings and management service few weeks ago for offering me competitive fees compared with other agencies including unbiased guidance and advice. It all started with initial property inspection and valuation, that helped them to offer me with tips to enhance property's value. Lettings and Management services also included professional photography to take professional high quality pictures including video tour. Within 24 hours of advertising my property, it had around 7 viewings and with Agent's support was able to let it out in over a week's time since advertised. I have received regular updates from their efficient back office team based at Greenford. Thanks to Zeeshan, Denis and Adjouna for their valued work in assisting me with letting my property. However, if I was to appraise one of the Estate Agents amongst all others in Golders Green, I would give Ellis & Co FULL MARKS for their availability, continuity in communications and kind receptiveness "at all times" which was immensely reassuring!
