GoogleWe had a very challenging chain with a specific non-responsive solicitor and an irresponsible self-centred person within the chain.Throughout this, the team really held the different parties together and maintained communication and explanation throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure that all were kept on track as far as possible and were willing to be firm with parties as that was needed. Reid was our lead negotiator - he was critical in keeping all parties engaged and this deal would not have taken place without his activity even working on his days off. Zeeshan was super in coming into the process when he was needed and supervising, supporting and directing his team so key things were carried out.in a timely way. The team dealt with multiple parties frustrations by clear honest communication about where things were and what the next steps were. They got us through a complex and challenging chain with a mist difficult party and a very under-performing solicitor. They did well!

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. Me and Leina (previous review) dumped into Flat 307, Ramsey House, right by Wembley Central Station, and what I walked into was nothing short of a health hazard. The place was crawling with cockroaches from day one. When I raised the issue, the agency just shrugged it off. Their excuse? “The previous tenant didn’t mention anything.” Total nonsense. For two whole months I lived in filth. The kitchen was unusable, roaches everywhere, on the counters, in drawers, crawling around like they owned the place. I couldn’t cook a single proper meal and had to waste money eating out daily, all because of their negligence. Then came the final insult. After we decided to leave, they hit us with a £250 “move-out fee”, for what? No explanation, no justification. Just a random charge to squeeze more out of us. And to make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge £50 a month just because I had a dog, something that may very well be illegal under current tenancy laws. And the people behind this? Jebin and Jatin, rude, useless, and completely unaccountable. Zero professionalism, zero integrity. They offered no help, no solutions, just empty words and smug indifference. This agency is predatory. They take your money, dump you in disgusting conditions, and then charge you more to escape. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE!!!!
