I wish the Agent would pay

I wish the Agent would pay more attention to keeping items well maintained plus the way the Tenants uses the Fridge, Washing Machine, furnitures etc and ensure that New Items bought for the Property on behalf of the Landlord are not condemned immediately they are off the Warranty period (12 months) in favour of buying new ones for the Property. That will reduce the expenses of keeping the Tenant and make the Investment Property more worthwhile.

For all my properties in Tottenham I only use Ellis and Co/ West Green Road. The service is excellent. Low turnover of staff so I always meet the same people and this makes the Landlord and Agent relationship very personal. I know they take great care whom they place in my properties and if they feel the tenant is not right we do not procced thereby avoiding bad situations. I am also left with the feeling that they value the Landlord and Agent relationship over an above the commission and this give me the confidence to go back time and time again. No hesitation in receommending them to any other Landlords in the area.

There were several beneficiaries, most of us living outside the UK, and Sales Manager Damien Ellison and his colleague Peter were fantastic in every way, from finding a buyer, keeping us informed of the process, and being tremendously helpful. The sale got a bit complicated due to the Landlord but Damien stayed on top of everything for us, which we were so thankful for as we were not there. My partner and I have been tenants of a property managed by the Willesden branch of Ellis for almost 18 months and we have found their service to be excellent. Ellis are very speedy in providing repairs and answering questions and were more than happy to replace the lounge carpet when we renewed our lease. We waited a long time for a major window repair last winter, but that was the only time we have ever had to ask them twice for anything. Overall they are excellent managers who respond quickly to queries and go out of their way to help us. The lettings team were also far more friendly and communicative than any of the other lettings agents we dealt with when flathunting, which was another bonus.

Ellis & Co. Walm Lane have been managing my flat in Willesden Green for the last 20 years. Am completely happy with their service which is very personal, responsive, helpful, etc. etc. Hence staying with them. It means I can be away/live anywhere and know that any issues that do arise will be handled by them and their quick and reasonably priced suppliers - I need to do almost nothing except agree to the odd thing being done (repairs etc.).
