GoogleI first met Tony at Ellis & Co in 2006, and since then he has assisted me with the purchase and then the sale of the same property some 8 years later. He has also managed the letting of another two. Tony is always courteous, informative, with a keen knowledge of the area and the market at large. I could not recommend Ellis & Co any higher.

GoogleI rarely write reviews on Google but I had such an amazing experience with these guys that I thought I should leave them a review. We rented a place through these guys. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Nicos was very helpful and managed to negotiate with the landlord to reduce the rent for us. A few weeks after we moved in, we had a problem with hot water, and so we called Ellis & Co. They sent us a repairman for the same day! Something you won't see with other Estate Agents. Overall, we had a great experience with them and I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Ellis and Co highly enough. They are the best lettings agency I have dealt with. As a tenant, I have found the team to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their sales team is well-informed about local areas and market trends, and their after sales service is also excellent. In particular Mamoon and Emilia from the Tottenham branch have been pleasures to deal with. They go out of their way to try and help you and nothing is ever too much effort. I cannot find a fault! I would definitely recommend as a tenant and as a potential vendor I would have no reservations in trusting Ellis and Co to manage my property.

GoogleThis is the first time in my life, I have completely confident with the Estate Agents in the UK. Most of time before of contract they will offer you every things and they promise every things you want but after you sign your contract most of time they ignore you. These are especially manager of this branch are very friendly and knowledgeable in their job and they care about both side land lord and tenant. They offered me very reasonable price in the market about the flat i have rented. Every times when I had any question, they provide me best answer in my knowledge with the patient and very clearly without any exaggerate and show off. I recommend this group and exactly this branch if you want have a good home without any nightmare. I have to say thanks to all of them with the best wishes.

GoogleI currently work with two letting agents and I have to say that Ellis and co are by far the best. Very reasonable and efficient maintenance guys that have managed to resolve all arising issues. Fantastic agents that will continually follow up any problem weather it will be with the Tennant or property management company, always keeping you up to date with minimal hassle on landlords side. Coming up to my third year with them now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else within the Tunbridge and surrounding areas. Superb service
