We failed to sell our flat with 2 other estate agents and were starting to give up hope, until we finally went with Ellis who found us a buyer, and followed the sale through to completion (including alot of chasing of the buyers solicitor). They also offered sound advice regarding presentation of the flat. Thanks very much!

Ellis and Co were the agents selling the property we have just completed on. I cannot recommend them more highly; our whole experience has been painless, efficient, professional, honest even enjoyable. The main agent we dealt with, Umut Jenkins, was available throughout the process to help, reassure, offer advice and smooth things along. We have had such a positive experience that we have not only recommended Ellis and Co to all we know but are also now using them ourselves to let our property. I would recommend this company to anyone, as mentioned, Umut was terrific but I know his colleagues would be just as helpful.

Tony, Shaq & Nick were very supportive when I was trying to sell my flat at a time when the market was very difficult. We have been complaining about loud noises that have been coming from upstairs due to the bad flooring for 2 months now and the living conditions have been hell.The agency clearly doesn't care about our complaints. Our emails are constantly ignored! I mean how professional is that ?... athe guy Peter only replies when it is has to do with rent stuff. His defense is that no one ever complaint before so we shouldn't complaining. Never encountered such arrogance. I don't like naming people but he literally has been totally not bothered about about the situation. Never thought in my life I'd be considering getting sleeping pills from the GP ! Even worse the heating was broken and the electrician was coming to fix it ,we clearly mesioned to him that we were gonna be at home..The electrician opened the door with the keys whilst we were in ! That's just disgusting this agency Is full of bad practices and terrible services atleast from what I can see this guy is not representing the company at all. If things persists we're just gonna get a lawyer to deal with it all. I wouldn't bother renting with them especially around nw area. Get yourself professional agencies.

FacebookI cannot be more dissapointed with their poor service. They let me and my family down with no place to live just 2 weeks before the move in date. Apparently the credit score company didn't give me a good rate based on a bad procedure when checking with my landlord. I asked Ellis and Co to call my current landlord again who was happy to help them and solve the issue. Ellis and Co not only refused to help me, but they didn't even advise me that I had lost the property. And they refuse to pay the deposit back even if they haven't been of any help. Don't trust them, they only want your money.
