Very disappointed with the service received from Ellis when letting out my property. We had very few potential viewers from the start, and communication was poor from the team. We joined with an additional agent a few months later; at that point we never heard back from Ellis. We however managed to secure tenants very quickly with the alternative agent. Would not use this agent again.

Adam was first class. He seemed always to be positive and cheerful . Nothing seemed too much trouble. Answered all my questions with tact and a smile. He pointed me in the direction of a local solicitor who was very professional ( and kind), then it was another recommendation for the house clearance, further success. I was selling a property which was in a very sort after road , so a number of viewings were quickly arranged . It is 2025! I know that people are desperate for affordable housing, but it should be illegal and surely non ethical to rent properties which do not meet the UK regulations. I viewed a property without cooker extractor.
