GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this team. I had been enquiring about one particular property for quite some time, and every time I was told that it was not available for viewing. I even offered to pay a holding deposit to secure it. Later, they informed me that the property was undergoing maintenance work, which would be completed in two days, and that they would update me once it was ready for viewing. I followed up with them every single day, yet there was no clear response. This morning, when I called again, they said they would get back to me, but I never received a call. When I contacted them again in the evening, I was told that the property had already been viewed by someone else on Monday and was now let agreed. This was extremely disappointing and shows very poor customer handling and communication. If I had been properly informed earlier, I could have explored other options instead of being misled and wasting so much time.

GoogleWe let out our house out with Ellis and co for 4 years, before selling through them too. Tariq was always communicative, and we were really happy with the tenants they provided, and the support the team gave us. When it came to selling, Ellis and co were a good go-between. No complaints- the team are both trustworthy and competent. Would recommend!

Stanmore Branch dealt with my sale of property. Excellent service extremely knowledgeable about the property market. All staff especially Howard and Phil exceptionally helpful and supportive with excellent professional advice. Well advertised and plenty of viewings as a result. Obtained a successful sale quite quickly and property now exchanged and completed. I would definitely highly recommend Ellis and Co. Stanmore.

After being messed about by other estate agents I came across Craig at Ellisand Co. What a breath of fresh air he was. His honesty, advice and straight talking was well received and appreciated. Craig kept me well informed throughout the process which due to the market conditions was drawn out. Craig gives information clearly and provides options for progress without being pushy allowing to make informed decisions. Today we have completed on the house sale and Craig gave me the good news. GoogleVery disappointed with the service received from Ellis when letting out my property. We had very few potential viewers from the start, and communication was poor from the team. We joined with an additional agent a few months later; at that point we never heard back from Ellis. We however managed to secure tenants very quickly with the alternative agent. Would not use this agent again.

His attention to detail and clear communication made the entire process much smoother than we could have anticipated. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell.
