I am really impressed with the way in which the team assisted with the sale of our flat last month. Costa and Khalid were amazing to deal with and made the sale happen in a complex situation. GoogleThe worse people ever. Not sure if everyone working there are same but terrible experience I’ve ever had to just enquire for a property. ““called number, a man picked up, I asked about the property’s availability, the man confirmed it was available with unprofessional tone of voice. That’s ok. I then asked about viewing as I was interested, I got asked about how many people and what’s earnings like, I confirmed that, which my earning is 4 times more than the property’s price. I then got thrown a question of “when was last time I paid my tax”??? That was very unprofessional and silly question as I tried to ask the man on the phone was that necessary question as I was only try to enquire?, what I got was rude and arrogant Ellis estate worker not wanting to let properties for some reasons. Should be investigated. The house I was trying to enquire has been sitting in advert for 2months as I ve found out. Am sure this worker has had issues with others trying to enquire as well. He does not want to let and should again be investigated.””

GoogleWe have been with Ellis & Co for more than 5 years . They are managing a few of our flats. Agents at Ellis & Co are professional and helpful, Sandip Patel being one of them. Whenever there were issues, Sandip moved to resolve them quickly and efficiently. This has enabled us to focus on our own career while being landlords. Cannot be happier with Sandip and the company.

From day one, everyone was kind and helpful showing us around houses, and to receive a welcome box on move in day was a special touch that kept us sated as we unpacked boxes. All correspondence was caring and happy, and made me feel very much at home. I gladly recommend Ellis&co and wish all landlords managed properties through you!

GoogleI terminated use of my former letting agent when their business practice became more profiteering rather than customer oriented. I considered an internet agent but found there to be a lack of communication which gave me no confidence. So I tried Ellis and Co Tonbridge as another High Street agent, being already a customer of an Ellis and Co branch in London. Contact and communication was good from the start and continues to be. The staff are all friendly and helpful and do what they say they will. It has always been reassuring knowing that they are there and available. In particular it is always a pleasure to chat to Caroline the Property Manager knowing that she will efficiently deal with any issues that arise in a calm, friendly and helpful manner. I am pleased to have confidence in Ellis and Co Tonbridge.

Google"Here at Ellis and Co...." You want a story, a review? Here's one for you....! Long story short - pictures will talk for us. Been sleeping in that bedroom for months, advised Ellis and Co in March, they wouldn’t do anything because they didn’t manage the property. Advised the landlady, couldn’t care less, didn’t even apologise once for the situation and damages on our clothes, shoes etc... she came twice, asked us to clean and went. We gave her a month notice beginning of May as we had enough of being nice and patience with no respect or care back... she now refuse to speak to us and has put Ellis and co as manager of the property which is against our contract and our agreement and Ellis and co are backing her 100% telling us to stay in there at least 3 more months or giving up our deposit!!! They are not even the property managers! You want to deal with those people ...? Really.... see the photos and ask yourself if you want to deal with people who think it’s all good to sleep near that for months ! You want a good Estate agent? Go with Bracketts ! they are brilliant and have only good quality properties. AVOID ELLIS AND CO !!!! that's my advice!!!
