Sold Property Pre-Auction through Dawsons Auction Team and we can't thank Julie and Robin enough, they have been a couple of absolute diamonds throughout this, at times, extremely challenging process, but they've shown true professionalism at all times. In our house search Corey has been by far the most enthusiastic and productive agent in the area. He knows his properties and gets to know his customers and matches you to a property very effectively. In quieter times he checks in regularly to make sure you are up to date with what is available and on viewings he is professional and thorough.

Auctions with Dawsons

This was the first auction I attended. I was very nervous about the whole proceedings from the start, but was put at ease by the Dawsons staff. I mainly dealt with Julie Lawry who was always positive and always had a friendly manner. I'd reccomend them to anyone who is thinking of buying at auction. Following a number of involvements, proffesional and helpful

Used Dawson,s at Woodfield street on a number of occasions, have found them to be very easy to deal with and they do have excellent customer relations, always keep customer up to date with what is going on IE: appointments to view and feedback which is good or not so good, they certainly have customer concerns at heart, the most recent sale on my behalf went extremely quickly and to the point, all in all very pleased. Will definitely use Dawsons services again should the need arise.

I am very happy with the customer service that I received whilst selling my property. I couldn't have asked for any more than the service that was provided. Natasha Jones (sales negotiator) was particularly helpful, extremely informative and made us feel at ease with every step of selling our property. Friendly, efficient, and then some ...

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the Killay branch of Dawsons. They were professional in all their dealings with me, offering sensible advice and keeping me informed and updated so that I always felt that they were working pro-actively on my behalf. I must, however, single out Sharon for particular praise as she went above and beyond anything in the agreement and managed my small menagerie in such an efficient way that I felt completely at ease knowing that viewings would be handled with care and competence. I would recommend this team to anyone.

friendly service

I went to view the property that i was interested in and all i can say is that the staff was very friendly I aslo had an issue with the solicitors that they provided me and the staff sorted it out, As this was my first time buying a property, I think if i didnt have the staff at morriston branch to help me out, I think i would of struggled.
