What can we say that other people haven't. We had seen a property we liked on with three different agents. We picked Country Properties for no particular reason, and we are so glad we did. We lost our first buyer and so the house we wanted went back on the market, Phil went above and beyond to help us, (we are moving in from outside the area) we managed to secure another buyer quickly and Phil has been there every step of the way during the somewhat awkward process of dealing with third parties. We cannot thank Phil and his team enough and will not hesitate to recommend Country Properties Flitwick. Sue and John

We look forward to seeing you soon to hand over your keys, and very much hope to have the opportunity to help you again in the future. Wishing you all the best, Phil and the Flitwick team.

Best Estate Agents in Ampthill

The best estate agents to use in Ampthill. We’ve used other estate agents in the town previously & County Properties is by far the best. A friendly team, always available to answer questions & great communication throughout the buying & selling process.

He was not just enthusiastic but really knew each property inside out, which was a huge help. Alongside his extensive local knowledge, his punctuality and polite manner stood out. He answered all our questions clearly, making our property search much smoother and more informed. A very positive experience!

I’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate. Huge thanks to Duane and his team!

Lucy · 17 January 2024 · Country Properties Flitwick

Agent replied · 17 March 2024

Thank you so much for your kind words Lucy, we're pleased to have had the opportunity to show you that not all agents are the same. It has been an absolute pleasure to assist in the sale of your property, no doubt we'll still see you around and about locally but will take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! All the best, the Flitwick team.
