GoogleI’m so happy that I chose to sell my property through Country Properties. They were very professional and efficient right from the start and when there were some problems with the selling chain they held everything together to ensure a successful outcome. They have an excellent team, especially Sasha who is a wonderful force of nature, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking to sell a property in Ampthill or the surrounding area.

Clear communication & information with regular up-dates from the team. Professional Rightmove listing with excellent photographs. We are really pleased with the great tenants they have found, who have moved in today.

GoogleTony worked tirelessly for us during our sale, he knew the market and priced our house accordingly culminating in our sale. He was always at the end of the phone to address any enquiries we had and helped us enormously throughout the process, which at times was very stressful. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough and would definitely use Country Properties again.

I’m so happy that I chose to sell my property through Country Properties. They were very professional and efficient right from the start, when Ken got the price we needed and Jake’s enthusiasm got the sale up and running. When there were some problems with the selling chain Sasha held everything together to ensure a successful outcome. GoogleWe bought a property back in October and i have to say that the estate agents were the least stressful part of the whole process. They replied to my emails within hours (sometimes even minutes! - shoutout to Tracey), and every call answered. I truly found every person that I dealt with incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I 100% recommend the team at Biggleswade and I they will be my first choice when we decide to sell and buy again. Thanks!

GoogleSo nice to deal with from the beginning of our house buying journey till the very end (and what a journey it turned out to be!! (Stressful due to the sellers side) Sasha, at country properties Ampthill, was always front and centre with any queries or questions that needed attention. I feel personally she went over and above for us, making sure that things that needed sorting got sorted. I would happily refer any friends or family looking in the area directly to their branch. Great communication, professional service, with a friendly touch. GoogleHaving first dealt with Country Properties as a letting agent for an extended period and then eventually as an estate agent I can comfortably say they are a joy to work with on both sides of the business. The Lettings have always been very easy to talk to and with any issues have been quick to act on meaning renting through them was a great experience As an estate agent then helped me through the whole process from start to finish, were always happy to answer any questions or make enquiries where needed Would recommend!

GoogleThe Ampthill team sold our house for which they did a great job. The sales brochure looked really good and the team were active in moving the purchase through the process. They kept us informed as it progressed. A speedy, in housing terms, trouble free sale within 9 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.

TrustpilotPoor service and telephone manner.
I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.
