GoogleWe would highly recommend Country Properties, Shefford, to anyone looking to sell their home. The whole process was exceptionally well managed from our initial sale, right through to our exchange of contracts. The whole Country Properties team were polite and informative when we called and always followed through on calls backs and actions as promise. Steph and the team were instrumental in keeping our chain informed and worked tirelessly to move the chain forwards. Steph and her team made such an impact on our chain that others in the chain commented on their excellent service and hard work! Moving house is never easy, but I can honestly say that the support we received from Country Properties got us through the process and we are extremely grateful. Country Properties and the whole team were by far the best estate agent we have ever used and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe sold our house with only one viewing thanks to Country properties understanding of the potential client base! We sold our house via Country Properties Shefford and couldn’t have had a better experience. Steph came round to value the property, and used her knowledge of the area and potential buyers to contact a family who were interested in a similar house to see if they would be interested in viewing it. They offered the full asking price which allowed us to move on with our house moving journey! Furthermore, we had some annoying legal stuff during our sale but Steph was fantastic in keeping the chain informed so everyone stayed in the chain. We got the full asking price and we are happy in our new home.

We had several complications during the lead up to the completion and Sasha went above and beyond to chase conveyancers, the buyer, anything to help unblock issues that stopped the sale from completing. GoogleWhat great service we received from Sasha, Jake, Ken and everyone at Country Properties. We had a long and at times painful sale and purchase journey this year but Sasha was always on it and got us to the end. We will be forever grateful to her for finding our second, very lovely buyers and without her persistence and determination I don’t think we’d be in our new home today! We would highly recommend the entire team at CP’s, you couldn’t be in safer hands and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! Sasha you are amazing 😁

GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Country Properties enough. They have truly been amazing. We were with another estate agent for a few months with no sale and then moved to Country Properties. Within weeks, our house was sold! They kept us up to date with everything and always picked up the phone when we had questions. As we moved back to Leicester before the sale completed, they made sure the house was okay by doing regular check ups (especially with the recent rainfall in Flitwick!) and making sure the house was fine for everyone’s pieces of mind.
