GoogleEveryone at Country Properties is incredible. From our first initial appointment with Jamie, to house viewings with Olivia, Lucy and Mandy the entire process was professional and personable. I can’t thank everyone enough. Steph thank you for taking the stress out of the final few months with both the sale and house purchase. They were instrumental in keeping the whole chain in the loop and quickly dealing with any issues that came up along the way. GoogleIn what felt like we were getting nowhere with solicitors, then we put a call into Steve at county properties. Who helped move things along with both the vendor and our solicitors. This support happened on several occasions. Especially after a month of inaction by the vendor. Towards the end he closed down the gaps and we are finally in. As first time buyers having their support through our. Means we are now enjoying our new home! Thank you all at country properties !

GoogleWe recently used Country Properties to sell our house and had a fantastic experience. They were very thorough when it came to a valuation and options of how to market the house. Once SSTC they made sure everything ran smoothly by keeping us up to date on the chains progress and when needed acted as a go between for us and the buyer. Special mention goes to Steph for all of her hard work from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market!

GoogleAll very professional and realistic. The real difference comes when (as it usually does!) things get 'tricky'. Country Properties were excellent in chasing down the chain and finding solutions so that the whole transaction could complete. Particular thanks to Sasha for going the extra mile, while keeping everyone focused on what needed to happen. It is always great to be able to talk to the same person throughout, particularly during the 'hard yards'.

GoogleCountry Properties sold a house which I inherited. As I live a long distance away, I relied on them to deal with all aspects of the sale. From start to finish they were helpful and efficient, keeping in regular touch be phone and email. Once a buyer was found the follow-up was very pro-active and helped to push things along when there were delays caused along the chain. Very pleased.

GoogleAfter a detailed conversation with Sasha Humphrey who provided full information on the best service they could offer on my circumstances, a short while later I was greeted at my property by Ken Ravey who provided a highly comprehensive catalogue of knowledge and in a fair timescale took details of room sizes and photos of the property. We have since completed the sale and I am happy to say I would fully recommend Country Properties to sell your home. Thank you for your time and effort.

GoogleWe recently bought our house via Country Properties Stotfold and we had a fantastic experience with them. Our estate agent James was so helpful and communicative, keeping up good contact with us and answering all our many questions. He gave lots of very solid advice, and kindly accompanied us on numerous visits to the property and arranged tradesmen visits too as there was a lot of work to be done. We experienced nothing but efficiency and courteous manners from Country Properties, and would highly recommend them. Should the time come for us to move on and sell our home, we will definitely be seeking them out again.
