GoogleCountry Properties Shefford were outstanding and repeatedly went the extra mile on our behalf. It was not the most straightforward transaction, as there were repeated problems with a property at the bottom of the chain and some difficult decisions had to be made. But their determination won the day and they always had a 'plan B'. They always worked in our best interests and offered sound advice along the way. They made a difficult process so much easier than it might have been. Highly recommended

GoogleIf only I could give 6 stars! It's no coincidence that many other reviewers use the word 'team'. I was impressed by their team-working from the very start, and from instructing Karl to sell a 'challenging' house to completion took just 12 weeks - it would not have happened before Christmas without Laura being so pro-active, and Danni was also really helpful - I was getting daily updates from them in the last week amidst the usual frustrations when dealing with Solicitors. They were an absolute joy to deal with, and I honestly don't think I would have had the same service from the other Biggleswade estate agents I consulted.

GoogleWe recently completed a property transaction with Country Properties (Baldock), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite facing constant delays and obstacles with multiple solicitors, the team, particularly Irma and Michelle, were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Our sale ended up taking over 18 months to complete, but Irma and Michelle were committed to seeing it through at every turn. Their proactive approach, persistence, and unwavering support made an incredibly challenging experience much more bearable. They consistently went above and beyond, chasing solicitors, keeping us informed, and ensuring that progress was made, even when things seemed at a standstill.
