GoogleI sold my property very recently through country properties. I received excellent advice with regards to setting the right market price. The brochure was completed well and very quickly. Steph Beresford, the manager went over and above to ensure the sales process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend this professional and responsive estate agent.

GoogleExcellent service from all the staff at the Shefford branch. Good marketing advice initially and the team got plenty of viewings for us. Kept update at all times and after our first sale collapsed after 6 months, not due to Country Properties, they quickly re marketed our house and we had 3 offers in only 2 days leading to a very completion in less than 8 weeks. Excellent liaison with the recommended solicitors. Big thanks especially to Lucy who handled our transaction.

GoogleSteph and all the staff at Country Properties Shefford have been fabulous from the day we met to the day we completed From initially meeting with Steph to enquire to place our grandparents home on the market she was professional , efficient, very complimentary of the property and we felt at ease with her Very quickly it was placed on the market and because we live 5 hours away from the property a lot of the sale was done via email and phone , country properties have been extremely helpful in doing the show arounds of potential buyers and allowing access and generally keeping the property safe The whole process of selling a property can be stressful , however we never felt this at all as country properties made the whole process smooth and efficient - we couldn’t have done it without you We Thankyou you all from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us , Country properties is by far the best housing agents I have used , they are friendly , professional , helpful and always at the end of the phone if you need to speak to them Thankyou again Gemma

GoogleI have received the most appalling and unprofessional service from this company. The first potential buyer pulled out on the day the contracts were signed as they had not been able to raise the purchase price. At no time leading up to this were we made aware of his lack of finance. Once a sale was agreed we were not advised that there were actually four people in the chain and the bottom of the chain had pulled out. Having asked them to market the property they offered no regular updates at all, it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. On requesting an update I was told 1. Your buyer really keen to move 2. Nothing to report 3. Still chasing !! Who and for what?? On telephoning they were 'too busy' to take the call and 'too busy' to return the call. After phoning through the day I emailed and received an out of office message, have gone on holiday!! Towards the end the emails were not personalised, just statements which came across as arrogant and rude With only a few days left before the buyers mortgage offer was due to expire they seemed to wake up to the fact that they needed to do something. I would not recommend from my experience

Eventually, we bought a house from their estate agents side, and again great service. No complaints, and I would recommend Country Properties for lettings and sales.

GoogleFrom the first contact onwards our experience with the team at Country Properties was good humoured and positive. Their property valuation was logical and underpinned with local knowledge plus being alive to market trends. The videos and photos were complementary to a strong marketing narrative and very pleasant customer interface with potential client buyers and us as vendors. All through the lengthy process of marketing, selling and interfacing with other agents and solicitors Country Properties were supportive and accessible with ready answers to our queries as well as infinite patience and courtesy. We would commend that team to anyone if you were in the property selling and buying situation that we were. Good for viewings, communication, negotiating offers and sales progression. It wasn’t entirely straightforward and Sasha communicated regularly with us and the estate agent/solicitor dealing with our sale. Would definitely recommend them.
