GoogleI couldn’t recommend using Charters and Mark Dryhurst more. The clients and market knowledge that Mark has enabled us to secure a sale quickly and for more than we were expecting. Charters is worth every penny in fees.

GoogleCharters Estate Agents in Winchester have been fantastic in my House purchase journey. The whole team have really assisted me in the process of buying our family home and my main contact Mark Dryhurst was instrumental makings sure the sale went smoothly and in helping me understand the process from start to finish as this was my first time buying a house in the UK. The Charters process was great with regular updates and it enabled a clear communication channel between myself and the Seller. GoogleI can’t recommend Charters Farnham more. This was our first house purchase, and Nick Degoede was excellent thought the entire process. With a few delays during our purchase, Nick was always on hand to help to try to resolve the issues between the sellers solicitors and ours. His communication was great, and always replied to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Overall, Charters Farnham made our first house purchase a good experience. Would recommend to others.

Dee and Nick were my primary point of contact and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, always available to answer any questions I had and provide guidance. Dee's expertise in the local market and Nick's attention to detail were invaluable during the viewing stages, they were able to show me properties that met all of my criteria and were in my budget. What can we say from start to finish Charters were nothing less than exceptional. Phil Northover from Southampton branch over saw the sale of our house from start to finish, there were a lot of bumps in the road but he kept in contact throughout and went above and beyond for us! We can’t recommend Charters enough, every time you call the office everyone is friendly and professional and calls are returned quickly. Our move was particularly stressful but made easier by using Charters, we can’t thank Phil Northover enough for all his hard work getting our house sold and us into our new dream house!

We've worked with Toby Beagley and Adam Barnes from the Park Gate office to purchase, prepare and finally find tenants for a small buy-to-let portfolio, including the subsequent ongoing management.We've been very pleased with the advice we have been given, resulting in high quality tenants in high quality property. Communication throughout the process from initial consultations through to the monthly management reports has been excellent.Any issues through the approximately 18 month process were resolved very quickly.This has been a reasonable investment; we are very happy with our experience so far.

Myself and my partner was so amazed by the friendly, genuine care and understanding approach that Sarah brought in showing us 7 rental properties in one day.We weren't fixed on what we wanted or where exactly we wanted to be in Winchester so we had put a lot of faith into Sarah to show us a wide variety of areas and homes to help us make a decision.We arrived to the first appointment with a flat tyre and with Sarah's local knowledge we managed to park our car in a safe place so that we could still make the appointments in good time. On the drive between properties, local landmarks, especially walking routes and pubs were mentioned as both myself and my partner both love country pubs and taking long walks in nature. She made a point of telling us how we could easily find these walks from each of the properties and how easily accessible shops and supermarkets were. Overall, we were so impressed that Sarah had prompted us to book viewings for properties that we may have normally overlooked. She put together an amazing schedule and planned the route in a way that allowed us to really see the local area and enough variety of different homes, that once we were done, gave us enough information to really know what we wanted, where we wanted to be and make a clear informed decision on the day.We were so happy to have made an offer on a property that actually over exceeded our expectations and are now just waiting for all the checks to go through. The whole process so far has been quick, easy and super friendly. We both can't thank Sarah enough and Charters Estate Agents for their help in finding our new home.
