Charters property management team are simply brilliant. I have been a landlord for over 20 years and dealt with many letting agents in that time. This team headed by Clare Branker make my life a lot easier, they just get on with it and deal with any issue fast and effectively . ( Brilliant )

After being severely let down when trying to sell my flat through a well know online agent, Charters Southampton was my saving grace. The whole experience from start to finish was on point and very thorough. Booking in with Katie. Then Daryl with his fair evaluation. I have to say I have always been a little cynical with estate agents but I was surprised what a good service Charter provided. They seem to have acted with integrity and were transparent at all times. Communication was first class as well. The whole purchase was stressful and trying at times but Stephen Henry on the Sales progression was professional and very helpful. We also dealt with Kevin who was also very good.

We had electricity issues in our property, the out of hours service at Charters made sure we had an electrician out within the hour. Then the following day our problems were dealt with professionally and informatively by Rebekah who kept us up to date throughout the process and it was luckily resolved the next day. We initially dealt with Phil from the Southampton office who was fantastic during the negotiation process and was quick to give updates when there were developments along the way. After our offer was accepted we dealt with Stephen from the Chandlers Ford office. Some issues were flagged up with the property during the building survey that meant we had to re-negotiate our offer. Stephen facilitated this very well, and never had an issue with us calling the office to talk over any issues or get updates. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner were looking for a property quite urgently as we needed to vacate the one we were living before by the end of February. Harrison has made the process extremely smooth and quick for us. He took it upon himself to update us on any new properties and to secure us a place! He has made such stressful time much better for both me and my partner! Nathan from the Bishops Waltham office has been working very hard to find a property for me despite my long list of red lines. He has been unfailingly patient and tenacious in his efforts to find the right home for me to downsize to, despite his awareness of my uncertainty about the proposed move. It would have been easy for him to dismiss me as a time-waster but he has never stopped trying. I also felt very comfortable with Darcy who came to appraise my property and explained everything in comprehensive detail without ever being remotely insistent or pushy. If I do decide to sell up and move, I will have no hesitation in using Charters and would recommend them without reservation.
