After having my work moved to Hursley I was interested in looking for a property to rent. Within less than 1 hour of myself submitting a viewing request to a Charters property I received a call from Adel who not only quickly arranged my viewing for a time that suited me, but was also very knowledgeable on other properties in the local areas that could interest me. Upon meeting, it was immediately obvious that Adel was as excited as myself, keen to discuss details about the property and open to any queries or concerns I had. Quick to followup on communications between ourselves, I had no issues with the process and never felt unsure. All in all, Adel was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to our future contact.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Charters in all spheres. It was our first experience and interaction with them and purely coincidental as I found them online while searching for a suitable rental property from abroad. First impressions were created when Katherine Donegan (who turned out to be our agent) showed much initiative in contacting me personally via phone overseas when I sent a brief email needing some questions and answers needed. No other local agency responded like this ! We had very limited time within which to source a rental home and thankfully both the agent and property were very much to our liking. Katherine being so co-operative and sensing the difficulties of time and logistics tried her best to help make life easier ...leaving a lasting impression .

Adel was lovely from the word go. Our first telephone calll we got on like a house on fire! She was consistently cheerful and upbeat and listened well whilst I explained our situation and she came up with the perfect home for us. She was even prepared to go the extra mile for us in arranging for my daughters to view the house again the same day on her way home from work. An asset to the Charters Winchester team, Adel is hardworking and helpful. We felt we were in good hands and that she had our best interests at heart throughout., making the whole experience positive and stress free .

Adel was a breathe of fresh air for us! Adel took the time to understand what we were looking for, identified potential properties which we had not identified ourselves thinking through travel, parking, parks etc.... The experience looking was made easy, fun and even when we asked to see a property again she made arrangements to fit a re-look there and then. Jas has been extremely proactive and helpful in finding us a suitable property to rent. If we had a property which we wanted to rent out we would want Jas to be the agent promoting it. With her persistence and commitment it wouldn't be on the market for very long! She was very good at returning our phone calls. and also extremely friendly and personable.

Jan helped us to secure a nice home for rent in Winchester. It was challenging due to the fact that we were not in country at the time, but Jas arranged a Facetime viewing and we could then get a better feeling for the property. Would recommend Jas and Charters to anyone.
