Sam was extremely professional and friendly whilst he carried out the viewings on our home. He was always on time, if not a few minutes early, to enable all viewing to go as smoothly as possible. Having let my property through Charters for a number of years I used them recently to market the property for sale and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to prospective sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants. Losing the first buyer after three weeks was disappointing but Matt worked hard to achieve a new sale which we did within four days. Matt has always been available to take my calls and has chased the sale through to completion which has been greatly appreciated. In the age of online only estate agents I would still say the traditional high street agent has much more to offer and you won't be disappointed if you choose Charters.
