My family and I have just moved home into a new letting managed by Charters Winchester. Having moved into our last home with another letting agency, it became immediately apparent how professional Charters are when compared to others. Having viewed and selected a property to let, Hanna managed the credit checking process, viewing and signing of the Tenancy Agreement, receipt of deposit and rent payments and general queries my wife and I had. Overall we were both extremely happy with the service that Hanna delivered. She was very helpful, enthusiastic and positive throughout and we are very grateful to her and the Property Management Team.

Hanna handled the hand over at the start of our tenancy and we found her to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Hanna has helped make our move in as simple as possible and when there was a small issue discovered when the central heating was restarted she was able to get engineers on site the same day and the issue was swiftly resolved.

After signing up with all the estate agents in Winchester Jas from Charters was the only one that kept in touch trying to find me and my partner a place to live. She was very personable and really helped us find the place that suited our needs the most. She kept us in the loop and was really down to earth. Dealing with Kirsty has been a pleasure from the start, she is always understanding and friendly, along with being utterly professional. I am always a little shocked at how quickly she fixes any issues we are having and normally am in touch with the engineer/provider to make an appointment to come out to us within half an hour of notifying Kirsty of an issue. Her promptness with solutions and general emails and management is a refreshing and a joy to deal with. Thank you Kirsty, you are a credit to Charters.

Lily was super helpful when I was searching for a house to rent. Coming from Australia, I didn't really know how it all worked here, and she kindly explained it all to me. Jas was so helpful from initial phone call to helping find appropriate properties and for organisation of visits the next day . Very smooth viewings and helpful information on properties . Properties selected were all appropriate . We were in a hurry to view and select a property and she made every effort to ensure everything was done as quickly and efficiently as possible .
