We were selling and purchasing through Charters. Once we had offers agreed on both sides we were handed over to Jo Goddard who regularly checked in with us to provide updates.The exchange/completion process was complex and at one point fell through. Jo remained plugged into the situation being able to provide up to the minute updates when all parties were frantically trying to determine next steps.A few days later everything went through.

I have used Charters twice recently and been extremely impressed with them both times.Firstly, they have been responsible for the sale of a house my church owns and they have been excellent - great advice, good communication without being too pushy, did everything they said they would when they said they would. Then, after this great experience, they helped me with letting another property and I found their letting team equally as good as their Sales team.
