We have just exchanged on a purchase we agreed on 8 months ago, main delay was problems with the mortgage company and a query with the roof that turned out to be a non event.Throughout the whole process the Charters team and particularly Jo Goddard were amazing, constantly updating me with any news and keeping everything together, without her I am sure the deal would have fallen apart.Thanks Team Charters (& Jo)

After a long search of trying to find a nice property to rent, Ella provided us with a really smooth experience. From promptly arranging viewings, to negotiating with the Landlord, we were so grateful that Ella was able to help us secure the property that we were after. Even afterwards Ella has continued to ensure everything was going smoothly and responding to any queries very promptly. I've used Alresford charters twice to rent accommodation and they have been amazing both times. This time round, I have had to find a property under stressful circumstances, but Charlie has been so helpful and kept the lines of communication open throughout. Whenever I go into the Alresford branch, the whole team are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. What an amazing team! Highly recommend. 10/10.

I had a really good experience when I rented an apartment from Charters… they were very thorough and kept the communication open throughout. However, due to personal circumstances I had to cut my lease short and was really worried as to how I would be moving forward. I had really good support from Charters, especially Lily Moore who was amazing in always getting back to me on how to proceed further after each step.. she was the best mediator between the landlord, who himself was very understanding of my changing circumstances. On a personal note, Lily, you’re a superstar and really sweet in the way that you helped and handled my case. Thank you for all your help.

GoogleI want to thank Venessa at Charters Chandler's Ford, who helped turn things around for us in a short time, when she took over the file. We had put in our offer, which was accepted, however- it was not made clear to us fom the onset, ( by previous agent) that there were additional parties involved in the chain, which meant the purchase was not progressing as we expected. This was only discovered and disclosed to us when Venessa took on our file from the previous agent. She ensured she kept us updated and chased the other agents and solicitors weekly and was not cross on the many occassions we rang her. She reassured us she was reaching out to the other agents to push for progress as we were nearing the end of our mortgage offer period. Honestly I could not have asked for a better sales progressor. I must not forget to mention Tom, who on many occasions took us round to view the same house, while we were still considering our options. I will definitely recommend them for your sales or purchase transactions.

GoogleWhen things go off without a hitch, it’s often difficult to get a real feel for the individual or organisation providing a service but my move into a property managed by Charters has had more than its fair share of hitches, so I feel qualified to offer comprehensive feedback. Thankfully, Charters have done everything within their control, often going beyond their obligations, to ensure that my family and I are happy and secure in our new home. The proficiency and responsiveness they have demonstrated in the swift and satisfactory resolution to issues, has been unparalleled by any other agency I have experienced in 20 years of renting. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Suzanne and Tracey and I cannot praise them highly enough. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that any maintenance issues we have will be left in their capable hands, the fact that they are both wonderful people is just the cherry on the cake. It’s clear that Charters care deeply about their business but what elevates them from other agencies is, they understand what a vital part of the business their customers and tenants actually are.
