We are using Charters Alton and from the very beginning they have been excellent. Sarah Harris came twice to view our property a year apart from each visit and all our interactions with her have been amazing! She’s so attentive and extremely knowledgable in her profession. This was our first experience of moving house and she has made the process so easy and relaxing. She’s been like a friend and was the person who got our sale over the line for which we are extremely grateful. Would highly recommend!

Very professional. Gave an honest viewing of the house and didn't hide any defects. Sarah gave a personal side to the viewing as well by giving some of her thoughts on how she would change the interior design of the house to make it more modern. Very pleased with the level of customer service and the process from scheduling a booking to putting in an offer.

Very professional team of agents. Ella, Harrison and Cheryl - these are the people whom I had a chance to know.Harrison is not only a professional of his field, but also a great person. I always felt very comfortable talking to him because he gives that confidence. He is always kind and positive.Ella showed me the place when I came viewing it (Harrison recommended me to view the place, because he understood what I am looking for), and she was very kind. We were selling and purchasing through Charters. Once we had offers agreed on both sides we were handed over to Jo Goddard who regularly checked in with us to provide updates.The exchange/completion process was complex and at one point fell through. Jo remained plugged into the situation being able to provide up to the minute updates when all parties were frantically trying to determine next steps.A few days later everything went through.

I have used Charters twice recently and been extremely impressed with them both times.Firstly, they have been responsible for the sale of a house my church owns and they have been excellent - great advice, good communication without being too pushy, did everything they said they would when they said they would. Then, after this great experience, they helped me with letting another property and I found their letting team equally as good as their Sales team. Great service, very efficient, all communications brilliant.I would highlight Jess and Cheryl in Lettings and Kevin and Simon in Sales - all great customer service.

From the start, by dealing with Katie who introduced me to the property I am purchasing, and to Stephen who has and is looking after the transaction, their service has been beyond compare.
