GoogleThe experience I have had renting with this agency has been really disappointing. From being told by my property manager that we should put up with a camera on our front door as "CCTV is everywhere" and just generally our concerns being completely ignored. Renting your first flat should be a really exciting time, but I feel completely let down by Charters Winchester.
We are very sorry that you were disappointed by your first experience of renting. Unfortunately the door bell camera belonged to your neighbours property and so our options to deal with it were very limited and I can see that multiple calls were made to try and resolve it on your behalf. We do hope that you are now happy in your new home.

Listed our house with Charters in Alresford. Good communication and quickly sent photographer for online viewing. Sold house within a week. Once sold our progressor, Jo, has worked hard to get the sale through. It’s taken since October but problems have been resolved and finally we exchanged today. Thank you particularly to Jo for being there and chasing to make things happen.

I have been house hunting for several months in a competitive rental market. I registered with multiple estate agents and yet Charters were the only ones who actually actioned anything. It honestly blew my mind how little interest the other estate agents had in bothering with me, not even bothering to arrange viewings. Charters however, would contact me with new possibilities, respond quickly and arrange viewings ASAP. My case was particularly awkward with pets and UC but the whole team, Ellouise, Charlie, Cheryl and Juliette all worked with me to help me find a home. I am very grateful for their Charlie and Ellouise continuing to search and working so hard to get me sorted. They are an asset to the Alresford branch.
