My daughter and I had been amazed at how efficient and quick from signing up Charters to sell our property and finding us our purchase property. Even before the brochure went ‘live’ we had three viewings within week from signing with another three lined up. Fortunately for us one of the three initial viewings put in and offer and it all went from there. No time for a For Sale board to go up!! Ned in the office was friendly and very helpful. Phil who came round to value our property was very informative and straight talking making it easy to understand without the jargon. Viewing lady (sorry think it was Laura) very friendly. So far I can’t fault the service.

As a landlord with another letting agent, I was this time the tenant through charters. The service they provide and their friendly staff who gave quick response times is something I wish my letting agent could provide. In particular, Kelly Santos was of great help in the Southampton office and was very effective in her communication with me.

Charters were the first Estate Agents that we contacted in Winchester and they have given us great service in our search for our new home in or near the city. Elle has been the person with whom we have been most in contact and we are more than grateful for her personal interest in our situation and hopes, her professionalism and patience. Jack, her colleague, was the person who showed us the house for which we have now made an offer which has been accepted. He too has given us excellent service. So five well deserved stars to Charters

I want to start by saying that this is the first Trustpilot review that I have done as I don't do reviews. I have also not sold a property for over 30 years. The service received at the Southampton Branch, in particular Stephen was friendly but professional and I was treated as an individual rather that just a number. The selling process was seamless and I would certainly use Charters again in the future. Thoroughly recommend them.

Charters pulled out all the stops to find available options and turn around the necessary checks for renting. We viewed properties with Simon, who has a remarkable knowledge of properties in the area. The property has taken a longer than expected to complete. That being said, Simon and Stephen have provided regular communication updates and have been very professional throughout the entire process. Just agreed a rental with Charters and the process was smooth from start to finish. Other agents have been tardy and clunky, but this was not our experience here.
