From a buyers perspective, Charters were excellent once my offer was accepted, with the excellent Jo Goddard assigned to the sale process. Beyond brilliant

Edward at the Alton branch couldn't do enough to help with my sale.I can't imagine a more supportive, communicative and friendly agent to have in your corner. My sale was complex, and sadly fell through, but Edward could not have done more to help - speaking with everyone in his network to solve questions both solicitors couldn't find answers to. He fought hard for me, and my buyer, and whilst we lost this one, as soon as I have my lease extension I'll be back for his help. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he's managed to really impress with his attitude and approach to customer service. Everyone at Alton Charters has been really friendly through the whole process - a great team to have by your side in what can often be a stressful and emotional time.

Great experience looking for rentals

My wife and I were looking to relocate to Winchester, and Charters had the most rental properties of all the agents we worked with. Sarah from the Winchester office was incredibly helpful and showed us a lot of properties. She seemed honest, and not pushy (which is a lot more than we can say for other agents we met with in Winchester), and we were actually a little disappointed that the property we eventually found was not listed through Charters. We would have liked to have used Sarah for the whole process. I’d definitely recommended them, and will be back to Charters when we eventually want to buy.
