Started out a great experience which turned bad! Terrible management when it came to the sale of my property which resulted in a lot of money and time being wasted. They were very quick to ring and ask for a good trustpilot review after the valuation was done however, every part of the sales process that came after this was terrible. As a result of this, the sale of the property has fallen through.

I used Charters Chandlers Ford during my search for our family home. The team were friendly and helpful, and I never had trouble getting hold of someone. Fred Foey was my main point of contact and was amazing at finding and showing us properties that fit what we were looking. He was always available on the phone whenever I needed him and was super helpful guiding us through our first search. I would be happy to recommend Charters and especially Fred to anyone on the lookout for a new property. Thanks team Charters...keep it up!

We were searching for houses to rent in Winchester from overseas and we are very pleased with the help we got from Charters, especially Sarah during our search.Sarah was the first agent to contact us when we inquired of a house and from then on she became a trusted friend, tirelessly helping us by carrying out viewings, giving us video tours, alerting us of new homes and even helping us to secure a house on one of her holidays. Charters Winchester was the easiest agent to contact and Sarah was contactable very easily through WhatsApp which was an added advantage as we were communicating from overseas. GoogleAbsolutely woeful They cancelled our viewing within 40 minutes of it happening when they knew we was travelling far. But before they did that they tried to up the rent by 100 per month and engage me in a "bidding war" for a rented property! Beware of these estate agents, and of all Estate agents for that matter.
We are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with the service you have received. We have tried unsuccessfully to contact you to discuss your feedback but, unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you. By way of explanation, at the time of our last conversation, the landlord of the property in question had received an offer above the guide price, as a result of the viewings that had already taken place. Our client’s intention was to accept this offer and so, in the interest of transparency and fairness, our client instructed us to inform the remaining interested parties and to cancel the viewings, should they not be inclined to consider making a higher offer. We are obligated to carry out our client’s instructions and we wanted to avoid wasting anyone’s time. As it transpires, the property is now re available and we would be happy to reschedule the viewing, should this be of interest. In the meantime, I hope we have managed to reassure you as to our best intentions but please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss this matter further.

My daughter and I had been amazed at how efficient and quick from signing up Charters to sell our property and finding us our purchase property. Even before the brochure went ‘live’ we had three viewings within week from signing with another three lined up. Fortunately for us one of the three initial viewings put in and offer and it all went from there. No time for a For Sale board to go up!! Ned in the office was friendly and very helpful. Phil who came round to value our property was very informative and straight talking making it easy to understand without the jargon. Viewing lady (sorry think it was Laura) very friendly. So far I can’t fault the service.
