TrustpilotCLAIRE MASTERMAN WAS PERFECT HELPING US IN OUR VIEWING!
Claire was at the door for us when we turned up early to the viewing and welcomed us with open arms and let us in to the property and showed us round with no pressure on us to like the property. Every question we asked, with detail we got an answer back which was useful and she was happy to let us explore and do our own looking at the place!

Exceptional service from Sarah Bainbridge in the Charters Lettings team. Sarah has gone above and beyond throughout the whole viewings and lettings process and I cannot recommend her enough. I have interacted with other lettings companies in Winchester there was no one who compared to Sarah. We live 150 miles away keeping that in mind she promptly arranged viewings for us on our time and even at the last minute. I had given up on finding the right apartment if it wasn't for Sarah Bainbridge we wouldn't have found the apartment we were looking for.

Sarah Bainbridge was brilliant during the processes, always kept me up to date with viewings and when there was a request to view the property when I was at work, she even went above and beyond by putting our washing out on the balcony for us to get it out of the bedroom! Good experience so far with Charters. Everyone from charters we have dealt with has been superb including Gary and Tom

Sarah Bainbridge made our search for a rental property so much easier than any other letting agent we had previously dealt with. We had been searching for months with other agents and Sarah went above and beyond to get us a viewing of a flat we liked and secured the deal in a couple of days. The first one we viewed with her! I will always go back to charters if I move in the future. Highly recommend!

A complex, and at times, rather fraught chain that in most cases would have collapsed if it wasn't for Jo Goddard, and also Gemma Hill, holding it all together, and in the end going well over and above what you would expect from an agent. Thank you for all your help. We cant wait to complete and get into our new home!

Selling the house was the easy bit, holding our nerve (and also the chain) could not have been done without Jo (Goddard) and Gemma (Hill). We had bizarre downsizers, split chains, Liz Truss tanking the economy in the middle and a brilliant chain who held with us to exchange. Jo and Gemma did everything to keep us all sane, we have not moved in 20 years and dreaded every minute of the emotional rollercoaster. Thanks again Charters, I would recommend (if I ever move again!). [if the boss of Charters reads this give them a special bonus, you have done very well out of our chain and it was Jo/Gemma who held it together] - avoidance of doubt worth every penny!Paul
