So fast and extremely efficient!

My friends and I got in touch with Charters a week ago in regards to renting a property, Sarah Bainbridge (Lettings Negotiator) was able to provide a viewing that same day! As soon as we saw the property, we knew we wanted it, and Sarah was so friendly, clear and communicative with us in terms of starting the application process. She even sent us an email to get the ball rolling as we were leaving the building.We were determined to get things sorted as soon as possible (though with no pressure put on staff), and got straight to it. Sarah and her colleague, Martha O'Sullivan (Pre-Tenancy Manager) have both been so quick to respond and have been so immensely effective at helping us through the application/referencing/documenting process. Again it has been one week since we viewed the property, we are currently awaiting reference approval amd are set to move in the next couple of weeks.I cannot recommend Charters enough and am extremely happy (and fortunate) to have had their help.

The only agents I would use

Charters are the only agents I would use. I own a small one bedroom flat in Winchester which has been let via Charters since I have owned it, and they never fail to disappoint- with the most recent tenancy they managed to get £100 pcm over the asking price, and several further offers at the asking price- I don’t know how they managed this! Gary and his team are true experts and the whole team are very professional. Would always recommend Charters.

It’s a VERY LONG TIME since we had sold a house. We invited two local estate agents to visit and discuss the sale of our house.One of them was Andy from Charters in Bishops Waltham. He was very positive about our house. He did not try to give an aggressive sales pitch, but was quite positive about the sale.The house sold quickly and proceeded to exchange and then completion over the next few months.
