From valuation to the sale of our property all the Staff of Charters have been thoroughly professional, helpful, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. They have kept us fully informed both prior to and with follow up to viewings, the latter being particularly useful and never unrealistically hopeful. We requested additional photography as Spring turned to Summer and the response was immediate and clearly very helpful to the sale. The photos were excellent. We have been especially well looked after by Sarah who always willingly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. I feel sure that her personality was very helpful in achieving the final happy result of a sale. Thank you to whole team for the result.

Harry and all the team at Charters in Farnham made the whole process of selling my house as pain free as it could be.The communication was excellent throughout and everyone was unfailingly courteous, patient and timely over the whole period of the sale. Special shout out to Dee, who did most of the leg work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Once the sale was agreed, Jo Goddard at the Southampton office worked tirelessly as the sales Progressor to get the deal over the line with same level communication and good advice as I had previously experienced.Selling a property can be such a stressful life event but I found with Charters a team of people with integrity and humour, who brought a level of humanity that is not always associated with the profession.
