Googleour circumstances were unusual as we were seeking a sale with long term completion dates to suit availability of our next home. Charters were completely aware of our circumstances and conducted the marketing appropriately. The whole process was spread over more than a year but Charters recognised the favourable market changes and recommended all necessary adjustments to ensure compatibility with market trends until a satisfactory conclusion was achieved. The business of our house sale was managed both professionally and personally by the team at Charters throughout.

We completed on my late mother’s house in Chandlers Ford yesterday and I cannot thank Charters enough for their professionalism and support all the way through the process. A special mention must go to Stephen Henry our sales progressor who has been simply amazing. Always at the end of a phone, explaining the process as it proceeded and his infinite patience and empathy during which was a difficult time for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone.

I would highly recommend going to Charters if you are looking at renting a property in Winchester. Sarah Bainbridge has been exceptional. Not only she is a lovely person, but she has been very patient with us in finding the right place, when we really struggled to. Sarah has been answering all of our questions promptly no matter the time, and has been very helpful during the application process as well. If you are looking at renting in Winchester, ask for Sarah. She is really great!

After searching for rentals for several months, Sarah came through and delivered on all and every front. When we lost hope due to the extremely competitive nature of the market, Sarah was there to help, her perseverance ultimately being the reasoning for us (Partner and I) eventually finding a place. Sarah went truly above and beyond, extremely responsive with communication, working all hours and I cannot fault her. After our abysmal experience with a multitude of Estate Agencies in Winchester, Charters, and more importantly Sarah, were reliable, punctual and delivered when we needed it. Would suggest using Charters if looking for rentals (as that's my only experience with them thus far) based on the excellent experience I have had with them.

GoogleCharters were very quickly on the ball. We actually had a viewing on the afternoon of our first meeting. In that first week we had over six viewings and we had a steady flow. All were positive but after week 4 we had no actual offers! My husband and I decided to reduce our asking price because we had seen a house we wanted. On that Saturday we had six viewings and our buyers came from one of them and paid asking price. I can say without reservation that their team were absolute stars. Very professional and supportive! You get a call with an update every week which is invaluable. I would readily recommend Charters for your sake

I can highly recommend Charters Estate Agents. From the initial meeting to the exchange it was a pleasure dealing with Elle and Jo. The prospect of selling my late parents house was daunting at first but the process, regular updates and overall professionalism was second to none. Charters have excelled themselves and should be very proud of their people. Not all Agents are the same and if you are looking to sell your first call should be to Charters.
