It is not often that you meet someone who is as dedicated to his work as Simon Edser is. He has a genuine passion for his job and does it with integrity and a remarkable joie de vivre. Aside from his impressive knowledge of not only the area but also of the history of each and every property he presents you with, he is unbelievably patient, personable, polite and most of all, hilarious. He always responded to any queries we had very diligently, even though there were times he was doing so out of office hours.Had it not been for him, I would have possibly used a different agency. He is a true asset to the company.

A big thank you to Claire, Jo and the Park Gate team who helped us find our fantastic property and managed to get our purchase through in great time! Claire was brilliant, showing us around a few properties, always knowledgeable about each property, and taking the time to really understand what we were after. She even came in on a Sunday to show us around the property we eventually bought!Jo was so helpful throughout, always available (even when I imagine I was becoming a little tiresome trying to push things along everyday!) and did a great job with a seller who was dragging their heels! Thank you for all your help and for getting it over the line in time for us! Would thoroughly recommend Charters and the team at Park Gate.

Stephen Henry has always been my first point of contact. The buying of my property has been fraught with problems and therefore taken a long time to complete BUT Stephen has been my saviour.
