We have viewed many houses with Charters estate agents and have found them to be kind , understanding and extremely professional at all times. Both the Park Gate branch with Jonathon Pinhurst who is now handling our purchase and Nathan Ford at Bishops Waltham who has had the utmost patience with our long journey to choose another abode!! And Erikson Veijzaj who after showing us house last year -has finally sold it to us, charming and knowleable way about them all.

When the time came to sell a country house that had been in my family for almost a century I didn't look any further than Charters. Having sold my own home through the Winchester office five years ago followed by a rental property handled in Romsey, I had every confidence in the ability of the Alresford team to manage the entire process sensitively, sensibly and with an unfailingly proactive, positive attitude. An added incentive was knowing Charters has quite possibly the best sales progressor in the business, Jo Goddard, who would take the reins once an offer was accepted and see everything through to completion.
